Terms & Conditions:

  • The 2 months free credit applies to the referring customer’s account upon successful connection of the referred customer.
  • The 1 month free credit applies to the new customer’s first bill upon successful connection.
  • The referred customer must be a new Lazer Telecom customer — existing customers are not eligible for the new customer reward.
  • Both addresses (referrer and referee) must be within Lazer’s Algarve network coverage area.
  • Rewards are applied as bill credits and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lazer Telecom reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
  • The referral reward is subject to the referred customer signing and maintaining a valid Lazer service contract.
How does the Lazer referral programme work?

When you refer a friend or family member to Lazer Telecom, and they successfully sign up and get connected to the Lazer network, you receive 2 months free on your internet bill and your friend receives 1 month free on their first bill. There’s no limit on the number of successful referrals you can make.

How much do I get for referring a friend?

You receive 2 months free credit on your Lazer internet bill for each successful referral. Your friend also receives 1 month free on their first bill. The credit is applied automatically once your friend is connected — you don’t need to chase it.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No limit. You can refer as many friends and family members as you like. Each successful referral earns you 2 months free on your bill — so if you refer 5 people who all connect, that’s 10 months free for you.

When do I receive my 2 months free?

Your 2 months free credit is applied to your account once your referred friend has been successfully connected to the Lazer network and their first bill has been issued. You’ll see the credit on your next billing statement

Does my friend need to be in the Lazer coverage area?

Yes. Your friend’s address must be within the Lazer fibre or AirFibre network coverage area in the Algarve. When you submit the referral form, we check their address and contact them to confirm availability. If their area isn’t yet covered, we’ll let you know and keep them on record for when coverage expands.

Do I need to be an existing Lazer customer to refer someone?

Yes. The referral reward (2 months free) applies to existing Lazer Telecom customers in the Algarve. The reward for your friend (1 month free) applies to new Lazer customers signing up through a referral. If you’re not yet a Lazer customer, check our coverage and sign up first — then you can start referring.
