Only want to share a true and honest reflection of my experience with Lazer.
Had a few issues with my connection, phoned in a few times but never had a real satisfactory response because it was a wierd connection problem, i guess, hard for Lazer to pinpoint the connection loss.
Got a bit fed up and posted on social media about my dissatisfaction on Saturday evening. To my surprise got a reply mail 10 minutes later. Des asked about my problems and said he was sorry for my decision not to extend my contract. Today, one working day later Des send Pedro to my adress who has crazy experience about what can or could cause connection issues. Won’t go into details but , all sorted and I won’t cancel my contract with Lazer. Top service, top quality 👌, my advice to all, Be patient give them a chance to react and you won’t be disappointed.
